    1. Place the pour over brewer on a flat, heat-safe surface.

    2. Add medium-fine (filter) ground coffee to the cone (about 1 rounded tablespoon per 4 oz of water).

    3. Slowly pour hot water (just off the boil) in a circular motion, fully saturating the grounds.

    4. Continue pouring until you reach the desired volume. Brewing takes about 4 minutes.

    5. Remove the filter, add the lid, and pour.

    • Wash all parts with warm, soapy water before first use.

    • The glass carafe and stainless steel filter are dishwasher safe.

    • Rinse the filter after each use to prevent oil buildup.
