We want you to learn about the intricacies of the organic and fair trade coffees we sell, as well as the other products on the menu, perfecting the art of communication with our customers.

Our team members are cross-trained
 in each area of the cafe: 
front of the house, inventory, and barista roles.
 We work hard and play harder, so buckle up!

This position can range from 15-30 hours per week, depending on our needs and yours. 

We expect our staff to be available to work on weekends as well as weekdays (at least one weekend day per week). 

As our concept is knowledge-based, we place a great importance on the continuity of our team, and therefore ask for a minimum 6 months commitment to start (even if that time is interrupted by college - we love having our college-aged staff return during breaks!)
